2. Re: Energetic Particles v^-5 spectrum
Some updates: Fisk and Gloeckler's idea received a lot of criticism, both observational and theoretical. It is observed that this -5 distribution is not a universal spectrum, can vary in some certain situations. Interested readers can look related paper by Jokipii & Lee (2010) and Schwadron et al. (2010)
