报告人简介：冯学尚，中科院空间科学与应用研究中心研究员、博士生导师、理学博士。现为中科院空间天气学国家重点实验室副主任，国家重大科学工程 《子午工程》副总工程师。主要从事行星际扰动物理和灾害性空间天气事件数值预报模式与方法研究，先后在国内外核心刊物上发表论文100余篇。1999年度 国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、中国科学院“百人计划”学者、2002年度国家自然科学二等奖（第二获奖人）、2006年“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人 才、2007年获赵九章优秀中青年科学奖。
