The waves's generation mechanism, the global distribution, and their interaction with charged particles are crucial to understanding the dynamics of energetic particles. Van Allen Probe are two identical spacecraft launched in 2012 to study Earth's radiation belts. In this talk, I will present the latest results from Van Allen Probes on the generation, global distribution of the Poloidal ULF waves, and their interaction with energetic particles in the inner magnetosphere. 报告人简介：戴磊博士毕业于中国科学技术大学，2009年获得美国明尼苏达大学博士学位，2015年1月起作为中科院“百人计划”入选者任职国家空间科学中心研究员，是SMILE卫星计划离子分析仪和探测火星卫星计划高能粒子探测器的项目负责人。
